We would like to share this important steps which is very important in daily task either for any technical person.
We every
time used to ask the Query output in excel format which will be easy to read
and understand.
Almost
time we need the sql query output in excel format. So, please find the below
steps which we tried to mention in easy and very clear steps.
So, we
thought lets share the steps which may useful here.
1. Run
you SQL Query in SQl Developer.
2. You
get output below as "Query Result"
3. Then Right Click on "Output
Result of query" anywhere.
4. Select
"Export" option
5. A new pop-up will open in which you will get many
option.
6. Select
the "Format" as "Excel
2003+ (xlsx)"
7. Untick "Include
Commit Every" option.
8. Select
the file name and location from "Browse"
button.
9. Then
Click on "Next" button.
10. Then
Click on "Finish".
